SorbAll® Quilted Fiberglass Absorbers
SorbAll® Industrial Quilted Fiberglass Absorbers are soft, porous, open celled materials that reduce the reflection of sound waves. Due to their construction, reverberation time and ambient noise levels are reduced which improves communication in many applications. They are lightweight and flexible with a Class A flammability rating and can be supplied as wall panels, ceiling baffles, banners or ceiling clouds.

SorbAll® SQFA-10
SorbAll® SQFA-10 is made of a durable vinyl- coated-fiberglass-cloth facing quilted to both sides of a two-inch thick fiberglass batting. Wall panels and overhead baffles are manufactured with all edges bound and grommets across the top. Rolls are available 4’ wide x 25’ long and can be provided with edges bound or unbound.

Applications:
The SQFA-10 is used when you are trying to reduce the reflection of sound waves or reverberant noise energy within a piece of equipment, a room, or a building. It is also used to supplement plywood structures on job sites to improve the transmission loss of the wood as well as to reduce reflected noise within a job site for the workers.
SorbAll® SQFA-7
SorbAll® SQFA-7 is constructed with a 2” thick fiberglass quilted with a vinyl coated fiberglass cloth on one side and a non-porous scrim facing on the opposite side. Wall panels are manufactured with all edges bound and grommets across the top. Rolls are available 4’ wide x 25’ long and can be provided with edges bound or unbound.

Applications:

SorbAll® SQFA-20 provides maximum sound absorption performance across all octave band frequencies and is especially effective for rumbling low frequency applications. A vinyl-coated-fiberglass cloth facing is quilted on both sides of a 4” thick fiberglass core.

SorbAll® SQFA-3 is made of a single layer of 1" fiberglass batting quilted with a non-woven porous scrim fabric on both sides. Full locking stitches are available in a diamond or straight stitch pattern.
